Where are you located?

We are based in Bexley, Sydney. We operate from a warehouse facility.

What are your opening hours?

We deliver Monday to Friday only. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Do you sell to the public or only to businesses?

We sell to both. Retail customers and wholesale clients are welcome.

Do I need an ABN to shop with you?

Only if you’re purchasing wholesale. Retail customers don’t need one.

Can I visit your warehouse to shop in person?

Yes! Our warehouse is open for walk-ins between Monday to Thursday 8am-2pm and Friday’s 8am – 12pm. Please note that not all stock listed on our website is held at the warehouse, so it’s best to check product availability before visiting.

Can I request a product you don’t currently stock?

Of course! Let us know what you’re after, and we’ll do our best to source it.

Orders & Delivery

What areas do you deliver to retail customers?

If you are ordering online from our retail shop, we generally deliver within a 15km radius of our Bexley warehouse. If you are unable to process your order online at checkout, it likely means you are outside our delivery zone. If that’s the case please contact us and we can organise pickup from our warehouse instead.

Do you deliver outside Sydney or interstate?

Yes, we deliver Australia-wide, including outside the Sydney Metro area and interstate. We can ship both temrature-controlled and non-perishable it4ms depending on your order.

A transport fee starting from $19.95 will apply, depending on location and order.

When should wholesale orders be placed?

To ensure efficient livery, we ask that wholesale orders are placed by 3pm. This allows us to prepare and dispatch your goods promptly.

When will my retail order be delivered?

We endeavour to provide next working day delivery for retail orders placed before 3pm. If a product isn’t readily available in our warehouse, delivery might be slightly delayed. In most cases, your order will arrive within 3 days, and we’ll notify you if there’s any further delay.
